I guess this might actually be the best scenario even though all my other predictions have not come true. Patriots making it all the way to Super Bowl to finally get their hearts broken. I take consolidation knowing that at least I'll get one prediction right.

Seahawks win 24-10

Bold Prediction: Pats nation fights each other one what went wrong and it's all doom and gloom for the offseason...just the way I like it.

The Patriots are rightly the underdogs, but they aren't nobodies by any means. I expect significant improvement from Maye despite the talent on Seattle's defense, and I trust New England's defense to continue overwhelming the opposition.

Patriots win 25-18

Bold Prediction: Marcus Jones scores on a punt return (first PR TD in SB history) and a pick-six

A one-score game that comes down to the wire. The Patriots defense, once again, wins them this game because of rightly-timed pressures and generation of turnovers. Darnold has a bad day in the pocket due to IDL pressure, but makes a few plays outside of the pocket. JSN gets contained but due to the bracket-heavy coverage, he still catches a number of balls though they don't go for many yards.

Bold Prediction: Drake Maye catches a pass that goes for many yards.

Seattle is the most well-rounded team the Patriots will have run up against this postseason. Their offense is not a liability, their defense is aggressive and fast, and their special teams is among the best in the NFL. The Patriots, mind you, have a solid defense of their own, with great coaching and the ability to scheme to their opponent. I just think the Seahawks can beat you in too many ways. Maybe next year, kids....

Bold Prediction: One team scores a safety in the first quarter and pisses off everyone whose squares are 7-0, 7-3, 7-7, or 3-3.

I think people are underestimating the Pats, and it's because no one's watched them. Seattle has a weak oline, and I really think the Pats own the advantage in the trenches on both sides of the ball. Look for the pats oline to hold their own, and the Dline to feast.

Pats D will do a respectable job limiting points but also getting a couple turnovers. They WILL make Darnold see ghosts again. OOn the othe hand, Drake is going to be on fire and embarrass the hawks D. McDaniels will scheme shit nobody has seen all year and specifically to expose their D formations. Mondre will be a workhorse beast but Henderson is going to break 2 big runs..

Bold Prediction: Wow - I had the same thing here as DNOM...what were the chances of that? In order to keep his BOLD, I 'll try something completely different - The Pats O-Line allows 0 sacks,less than 3 hits and less than 5 hurries. Drake walks to the podium in a clean & shiny, white uniform..

The Pats offense will do better thAn the last game Or 2, but for one last time this year, the defense needs to win this one. The rookies (Hendo, Borregalis, Ponder, Williams, Woodson, etc.) are going to have to not get overwhelmed in the moment and make critical contributions. Special teams must be outstanding. Not asking for too much. :-).

Bold Prediction: Because they have to, the defense gets 3 turnovers, one of which results in a defensive score, another leads to a Pats TD. Hollins and Henry feast on Cover 6.

There's a special energy about this team. I think the matchup for the pats is actually pretty good and even though I think JSN will put up numbers, I also think the pats D is playing with a mean streak and they'll make life tough for Darnold. All the noise, all the nonsense about the schedule, about being lucky, about "finally playing a real team"... the pats have heard it all and they're gonna prove everyone wrong. Maye is gonna have an "i'm him" game.

I think the defense will cause Sam Darnold to see ghosts and trigger his PTSD. I expect our offense will play much better and shock the world.

Very tough game to predict. Teams are quite similar. Whoever doesn't turn the ball over will win, and both teams have turned the ball over too much. Both interior defenses are vicious, and both O-lines are vulnerable. There will likely be few big plays on either offense, but one might win the game.

Bold Prediction: Milton Williams will haunt Darn Old Sam's dreams forevermore.

This is going to be a tough game for both teams. Both teams are quite balanced. The winner will be the team that makes the fewest mistakes. I think we see our regular season offense back to couple with our underrated defense. Pats win #7.
